Terms of Service

This document is a starting template prepared for RxCodz. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before relying on it.

1. Agreement

By using the RxCodz website or engaging RxCodz for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

RxCodz provides website development, Discord bot development and hosting, and VTuber and streamer agency services. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

This site does not process payments. Prices shown are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding quote is issued after we understand your requirements, usually through our Discord.

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed 50% on acceptance of the quote and 50% on delivery. Maintenance and hosting plans are billed monthly in advance.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. Use a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or abusive content, scrape at scale, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or remove any account that does.

6. Intellectual property

The RxCodz name, logo, and site content belong to RxCodz. On final payment for a project, the source code and assets produced specifically for you become yours. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

7. Deliverables and revisions

Each engagement states what is included and how many rounds of revision are covered. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

8. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that a site or bot will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over what has been produced.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
