We work remotely and communicate on Discord. Messages are usually answered within a day; clients on a maintenance plan get priority.

Yes. On final payment the source code and all project assets are yours, delivered through a repository you control.

Usually. We take on redesigns, rebuilds, feature work, and rescue jobs on sites someone else started. Send us the repository or a link and we will tell you honestly whether fixing or rebuilding is the better value.

A production site is typically 2 – 4 weeks; e-commerce and top-up platforms are 4 – 8 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back.

We set up hosting, DNS, and SSL as part of delivery. You keep ownership of the accounts. If you would rather not manage it, the maintenance plan covers it.

Either. We can deploy to your infrastructure and hand it over, or host it ourselves under the hosting plan with monitoring and automatic restarts included.

On a maintenance or hosting plan, we update the bot and you do not have to think about it. Without a plan, we can quote the update as a one-off.

Often, yes. Send us the source and we will review it first. If the existing code would make the work cost more than a rebuild, we will tell you.
