Refund Policy

This document is a starting template prepared for RxCodz. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before relying on it.

1. Scope

This policy covers services purchased directly from RxCodz. Because we quote and invoice through Discord rather than an automated checkout, refunds are handled by talking to us.

2. Before work starts

Cancel before we begin and you receive a full refund of any deposit, no questions asked.

3. After work starts

Once work is underway, refunds are calculated on what has been completed:

• Discovery and design only: 75% of the deposit is refundable.
• Development started: the deposit covers work completed; anything unused is refunded.
• Delivered and accepted: not refundable, but see section 4.

We will always show you what has been done before deducting anything.

4. If something is wrong with the work

If a delivered project does not match the agreed scope, tell us. We fix it at no cost. If we cannot make it match what was agreed, you get a proportionate refund.

Bugs reported within 30 days of delivery are fixed free of charge.

5. Monthly plans

Maintenance and hosting plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; part-months are not refunded, and you keep the service until the period ends.

6. What is not refundable

• Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domains, licences, paid APIs)
• Work completed and accepted
• Change of mind after delivery

7. How to request one

Message us on Discord with your project name and what you want refunded. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 days by the original payment method.
